Process Improvement Services is an engineering company located in Gainesville, FL with a passion for problem-solving. We will take an in-depth look at the day-to-day operations of a business, find bottlenecks, pain points, or anything else that may be slowing the business down, and give straightforward, practical ways to fix it. Our services conclude with an Optimization Report that details our findings, summarizes our exact plan of attack, and shows approximately how much time and money the implementation of our solutions will save a business.

For example, consider a grocery store struggling with inventory management. If inventory levels are too high, food will sit on the shelves for too long, spoil, and be thrown away. If levels are too low, customers will be unhappy as the store will constantly be sold out of items. In this case, we would work with the grocery store to improve their inventory management efficiency, prevent food waste, and maximize customer satisfaction. In another case, consider a coffee shop struggling to keep up with order volume. This could be for any number of reasons, but one might be a suboptimal layout of the production area, where the cups of coffee are made. Optimizing this area in order to save valuable time is a project we would tackle as well.
