BACKGROUND

Process Improvement Services was founded in 2023 by Lead Engineer Kyle Matheu and is dedicated to helping businesses save time and money in their day-to-day operations. Kyle graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and a passion for problem-solving. With first-hand experience as a business owner himself, Kyle's strength lies within his extreme attention to detail.
